Zin Zin, Visan

A side adventure into the southern Rhône village of Visan, where Matthieu works with a Grenache and Mourvèdre blend from organically farmed vines on the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation. Raised in concrete, minimal intervention, low sulphur. Plum, garrigue, a hint of cocoa and black olive, with generous rounded fruit and that savoury signature Matthieu brings to everything he touches. Lovely with Thai moo yang and Korean haemul pajeon.
