A Grenache-led blend from those same Châteauneuf-equivalent soils, fermented on indigenous yeasts and kept fresh in tank. Black plum, cherry, crushed raspberry and a dusting of Sichuan pepper, with smooth tannins and real Southern Rhône warmth. A bold and powerful red to pair with charcoal kissed dishes like Vietnamese bo luc lac or a Thai moo yang off the grill.

Description

A family estate with a wonderfully quirky origin story: what was once a hunting preserve in Courthézon ended up excluded from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation due to a famous disagreement with government surveyors, leaving this exceptional terroir technically labelled as Côtes du Rhône despite sitting right in the heart of the region. Now run warmly by Sylvie Vacheron and winemaker Bruno Gaspard, the estate is certified organic and biodynamic, and the wines speak for themselves.
