Pear Shaped

Pear Shaped is a co-fermentation of Jerome’s apples and pears picked slowly along the harvest season and made completely naturally with no added yeasts, preservatives or chemicals. It’s a perfect aperitif as it’s low alcohol and super approachable crunchy orchard fruit flavors make it a must in our day time sipping rotations. It’s lovely golden hue and persistent fizz go so well with a melty piece of soft cow’s cheese or even with spicy grilled seafood from the Thai coastlines.
