The Basa Jaun is a lovely entry way into the world of Basque Ciders as many from the region tend to be quite intense and funky, but this one is all about the fruit and fizz with a delicate dose of wildness. If you’re new to ciders we love that the Basa Jaun shows everything we love about low-intervention wines but using apples instead of grapes as a canvas. Lower in alcohol, super fresh, and flavors that feel like you’re biting right into a fresh apple.
