Colombard

While the Saumon family estate is based in the Loire Valley they sometimes source grapes from their friends in the South of France which leads us to this white wine of 100% Colombard that displays the sunny nature of the South’s warm and welcoming terroir. If it’s your first time trying Colombard you can expect a wine similar to Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with flavors of pear, honeydew melon, lemongrass, and white peach.
