Organic Pinot Gris from coastal Gisborne, grown by the Wright family on a site that practically touches the sea. Inspired by the lean, dry style of northern Italian Pinot Grigio, this is all peach blossom, spice and a briny edge that makes it feel like the ocean snuck into the bottle. The acidity is electric. Eclectic and unique wine paired perfectly with a plate of goong ob woonsen or any fresh shellfish with a squeeze of lime.
