Blanko

A blend of Garganega, Malvasia Istriana and Moscato from organic vines near the Euganean Hills, each variety fermented separately then brought together and raised in concrete through winter before bottling in early summer. The name means “white” in Esperanto, the universal language, and the wine has that same open-arms energy: white flowers, yellow fruit, lemon zest and a gentle honeyed finish. A great match up with khao man gai or a plate of fresh spring rolls
