Little Buteo is a wine of 100% pure Gruner Veltliner, Austria’s most beloved and prolific white grape but expressed uniquely through Gindl’s natural approach to winemaking. The wine sees a slight bit of time on skins giving it a lovely golden hue, bracing acidity, and lovely lift between it’s flavors of stone fruit and floral nuances. This is a lovely gateway wine into the natural wines of Austria, abundant in it’s expression and precise on the palate.
