Riesling

While Riesling can be made into everyshade of sweet, off-dry, sparkling and more, this partcular cuvée is a Trocken meaning that it is a dry example of the grape focusing on freshness, high acid, and easy-drinking light bodied flare. Tons of limey fruit, green apple crunch and tantalising wet stone acidity. It has all the flavours you usually get with a well made Sauvignon let’s say, but also the minerality and that unique concentration of flavours which Riesling does best.
