The Natural State seleciton of wines from Churton is focused on more contemporary and non-traditional expressions of the grapes they work with. For their Pied de Cuve of Sauvignon Blanc, it has all of the trappings of a great NZ Sauvignon with its flowery and tropical aromatics but on the palate carries a bit more body and texture with flavors of tart lemon, passionfruit, salted grapefruit, and green herbs.
