Ancestral Montonega Pet Nat

The Montonega Ancestral is a Petillant Naturel style sparkling wine made from a unique local grape by the name of Montonega, a pink-shaded variety of the Parellada grape commonly found in Cava wines. The wine is lean and super fresh, relying on acid and minerality to carry the flavors across it’s lovely low alcohol (around 10%) body. This is an ideal wine for hot days as it is as crushable as it is complex. It’s bone dry and bottle with a cork and agrafe closure meaning no need for a corkscrew to pop and pour!
